It is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, fully implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on social governance, promote efficient governance, high-quality development, and high-level security in an integrated manner, further tighten and solidify the responsibilities for social governance work, and gather strength from all sides for building a sub-center of the province.

Ning Bo emphasized that it is necessary to persistently strengthen ideological and political guidance, unremittingly use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to unite and inspire the people, and continuously enhance the political, ideological, theoretical, and emotional identification of the broad masses of people with the Party's innovative theories. We must exert greater efforts to serve the people, adhere to the combination of rule of law and rule of virtue, provide precise services to all social groups, and promote the all-round development of people.
